I ordered the gpp hypertrophy templet which was emailed to me but I am having trouble downloading. I am obviously a computer novice any suggestions?
What error are you encountering? Is there a specific error message being displayed? What computer operating system (Windows or Mac)?
If you’re trying to open in Google Sheets, there is an issue in the bonus arm work fields that won’t let it open. Basically, the text goes on for an eternity so the file ends up being very large. Open it in Excel first, get rid of the infinite rows, and then you can upload to Google Drive and open with Sheets.
