GPP modifications for PB1

Hi Dr Jordan, hope you’re doing great . In an attempt to make cardio more interesting and increase adherence, I got a bicycle, I wanted to know if I should make any adjustments to the duration, etc since, the bicycle I got doesn’t have gears or levels like the stationary bike at the gym.

We love a good single speed bike. You can adjust the cadence to keep the exertion levels within what is programmed. Have fun and wear a helmet!
