Beginning cycling to work - amend GPP for Powerbuilding I?

Hi there - I’ve recently begun cycling into work. It takes c.40-45 minutes (so 90mins total per day), is flat and I work up a decent sweat but it isn’t massively exerting.

As I’ll be doing this 5x per week, should I cut out all conditioning work from Powerbuilding I, including the HIIT stuff, or would you recommend slotting in the HIIT stuff on top of my cycling?

OR, should I do the program as written and adapt to the extra conditioning work on top of my cycling?

I wouldn’t change anything based on your report here UNLESS there was a meet coming up or you were actively trying to gain weight. Save for those scenarios, my general rule of thumb is that more activity is better :slight_smile:
