Grams of a half cup of cooked greens

How many grams are in a half cup of cooked greens? Some sources say 30 grams, some say as high as 67 grams for kale.

Not all vegetables are the same. If tracking with mass instead of a measuring cup, just go with what’s on the label.

In other words, if it’s fresh produce (ie no label), just use a measuring cup?

You can, yes. A fist-sized portion is close enough for this in my opinion.
