do you feel that hammer curls provide any unique hypertrophy or stimulus that say db or barbell curls don’t ? I’ve been doing them forever along with other kinds because I remember either reading or hearing that they provided thickness and also worked the bicep differently and I guess I just never bothered to look into it for whatever reason. However I have to admit I don’t quite feel the same burn in the bicep with them as other variations.
