Have been sleeping less, but not feeling tired?

For a few weeks now I have been sleeping for an average of 7 hours, rarely 8, when I usually needed 9 hours. I dont feel any change in energy levels throughout the day, however. Is this a positive or a negative development? Could it be caused by new/better stress from the Bridge program? I was doing the generic HLM program previously before switching to the Bridge.

I don’t know whether it’s a positive or negative development, but if you’re feeling and performing well, I wouldn’t worry about it for now.
