I do not know if this question is even answerable or if there is reliable research on the topic because of how inaccurate heart rate monitors (especially wrist worn options) can be.
I know there are a ton of variables like training history, current training, etc but is there a rough estimate of how long individuals should be able to hold 90+% of their max heart rate? Is it even possible to reach 100%?
I figured this question is a stretch but thanks for your time!
