A long lasting issue I have is that my heels come of the floor when I squat. I think it’s mostly my left heel, this is also the leg that I have a bit of kneecave. I train on Adidas adipower 3 shoes and I am an advanced lifter with many years of training and amy1RM squat is around 220 kilo. The heels coming of the floor feels like a ‘power leak’, so I was thinking if I solve it I might get a stronger squat.
Any advice ?
