I noticed that my heels come up and my knees cave in a little when I squat. What are some cues I can use to fix this?

Just kidding. Knees in you typically address by “knees out”, although to some extent valgus seems to be inevitable.
Heels up you can try “sit back” although that can cause other problems. I just make an effort to shift my weight back on subsequent reps.
