Increasing heel height?

I got weak squat (-1 SD) compared to my deadlift. Main problem is my knee shooting back when grinding because of weak quads.

Would I benefit from increasing the heels of my weightlifting shoes?

Check out the videos linked below about the knees shooting back and how to fix it, without doing unnecessary exercises, or even increasing heels of your shoe.

You may be doing the GoodMorning squat and your looking at your knees as the problem, which it could be. If you find that you are doing a Goodmorning after applying video 1, checkout video 2 and put everything together and you should be fine!
