High or low bar squat, PB1

Hi all

I’m starting Powerbuilding I today (after completing Bridge 1.0 and Hypertrophy 1), and am curious as to whether the programmed squat should be high or low bar, or if it doesn’t matter that much and should just be personal preference. I also see there is a 2ct paused squat later in the program, and so the same question applies to that.

It’s just personal preference for both. Pick the style you like and run with it for the whole block!
