Hi. I have some groin pain while squating and I am considering going throug the hip rehab template. While I regularly resistance training (3-4 days per week), I am currently running distances of 3, 10, and 20+ miles weekly in preparation for an ultramarathon. That itself is not painful. However, would that be a confounding variable at all with going through that hip rehab template? Or any hip pain management in general?
It would be great for this “resolve” with self-management. Next best case would be at least to manage it until my event, which is in August.
