Hi there. In the first 4 weeks of the Strength 3 template (day 3) there are hip thrusts programmed. I don’t have an issue performing them but I would like to sub another movement from a time sensitive standpoint (it takes a long time to set up hip thrusts at my gym). Which movement would you recommend to sub? Right now I have SDL’s plugged in since week 5-8 switch to RDLs. Thanks in advance.
