How do testosterone blockers affect strength and hypertrophy in males?

I am a male and would like to transition into being a nonbinary and would like to take hormone blockers.

How would testosterone blockers affect my ability to gain and maintain strength and muscle mass? Is there any literature on this subject?

For reference: My height is 5’9. My weight is 172lbs. My bench press is 345lbs, my deadlift is at 505lbs, and my squat is 325lbs.

The response to reducing T levels via blocking hormones varies significantly between individuals. Some folks will lose a lot of lean body mass and some will lose less. Some folks will lose a lot of strength and some will lose less. In general, most will lose a significant amount of strength and muscle mass based on the existing literature. Unfortunately, we don’t have much on the effects of training and nutrition on altering someone’s trajectory in this population.
