Due to a recent change in my schedule I was thinking about increasing my Oatmeal intake from 3 servings to 5 (split in two). The reason for the change is that it would be convenient for me and, well, I love oats.
Is that too many carbs coming from the same source? Does it matter? That would be 135/340 of my daily carbs. If it helps the remaining bulk of my carbs come from potatoes, a banana and a wheat tortilla.
