Hello Team,
I generally have a same type of breakfast which I blend a cup of oatmeal and 2 eggs with 2 teaspoons of sugar until it reaches a smoothie form, then I make one huge pancake with it.
My questions are:
a) Does blending oatmeal until it reaches a form of flour diminish its beneficial health effects or even make it have a potential of having adverse effects.
b) As I stated, I add 2 teaspoon of sugar into it so that it would be more eatable for me. I don’t know, I , otherwise, could eat this pancake. Every instagram influencer would probably blame me for adding sugar, Does this really cause any harm?

B) At that amount, no.
