Smoothies

I’m curious if there’s a significant disadvantage to making smoothies every morning as compared to just eating the fruit whole. My smoothie routine has been the following for a couple years now: 1 cup kefir, water, tbsp chia seeds, tbsp flax seeds, couple leaves of kale, frozen banana, apple or pear, and usually some type of berries. This is my daily breakfast, and should be a significant amount of nutrients and fiber to start my day. My concern however is that once I’ve blended everything in the Vitamix, I’ve now essentially reduced the benefit of the fiber and possibly decreased the amount of nutrients my body would uptake. A smoothie for breakfast is extremely convenient for me compared to eating all of this whole. Thanks for the input from a long time lurker/listener.
