Blending Foods

Hello BBM

I remember that you once talked about food matrix and such (eg eating fibres is way better that just take in fibre as a supplement)

Now my breakfast almost every morning is: Oats, Oat bran, Portein Powder, Creatin, Milk, 1 Banana, and Blueberries (sometimes Peanutbutter).
I just love to take it in after I blended it because its just such a tasty Shake, but I was asking myself if that has any negative effects on my metabolism, the availability of nutreants, the fibre
etc.

Thanks as always

Not at all. Probably less satiating than it would be consumed whole, but that’s variable as well.

The ingredients in your shake can contribute to a balanced and energy-rich breakfast. Oats, protein powder, milk, and banana are good sources of carbohydrates, proteins, and healthy fats, providing sustained energy throughout the morning. This combination can help support your metabolism by giving your body the nutrients it needs to function optimally, making it an excellent choice to kickstart your day. Additionally, including chia seeds in your shake can boost omega-3 fatty acids and fiber, promoting heart health and aiding digestion, while keeping you full and satisfied until lunchtime. So, whether you air fry tater tots or enjoy a wholesome breakfast shake, you’ll have the energy you need to take on the day ahead.

What is a “balanced” breakfast? What do you mean by “support your metabolism”? And finally, what do you mean by “function optimally”?

Probably true. Hard to tell dummies from tech these days lol.
