Healthy breakfast in the car

Every morning I make this smoothie, which I drink in the car on the way to work.

  • Oatmeal (40 g)
  • Nuts (25 g)
  • Whey Protein (30 g)
  • Frone Berries (100 g)
  • Water (30 cl)

Is this a healthy breakfast, or is there something I should change?

Should I ditch Whey Protein and replace water with skim milk?

If you like this meal, it’s fine with me. I don’t think there’s any reason to ditch the whey or replace water with skim milk unless you want to for personal preference reasons.
