To my question. In your food simplified article you say I can’t drink my calories so my question is how bad is it to drink 12 oz of milk in a smoothie with whey and some oats? I’m following your muscle building macro recommendation and I’d rather not eat another 2.5 cups of brown rice. All this chewing is quite time consuming.
Also, is honey an acceptable carb source? I put a tbsp and a half in my oats in the morning.
