How to amend macros when not training

Hi there,

I have a baby due in a couple of weeks so doubt I will do any serious training for about a month.

I’m currently cutting weight - 2500 calories, 220g protein, 283g carbs, 56g fat.

How would you recommend I change my macros, if at all, when not training? I want to preserve as much strength as possible.

I wouldn’t change them at all, but I would try and stay as active as possible- even getting to the gym 1x/wk if you can.
