Cut diet modifications when unable to train

Hey BBM team,

I’ve been on a calorie deficit for the past 4 months with good results (tracking weight and waiste circumference). I’ve been training the whole time by running the beginner template and PBI.

Unfortunately, I just got Covid and so will most probably not be able to train or do much physical activity for the next 7-10 days. Do you recommend slightly adjusting the diet to make for the lack of physical activity to keep losing weight or should I just keep it at 2200 Kcals while keeping an eye on progress?

For refence, I am eating 2200 Kcals and weight 77.3kg for 186cm.

Hope you’re feeling better! If you’re asymptomatic or otherwise feeling up to it, I’d exercise at home until your quarantine is up.

I wouldn’t modify your diet either. Feel better!
