Hypertrophy template question

hey everybody,
currently running the 7 week hypertrophy 3 day template v2,
on week three now, and I started wondering if I should be increasing my intensity at all- I know it has RPE on the program, but next to that are percentages of 1rm) so I was unsure what they intended. It reads to me to keep the weight the same, but would love some help.

The % is just a guideline of approximately what weight will get you to the correct RPE - but as always, let RPE decide the weight on the bar. If you can use more weight without increasing RPE, do it!

Using the calculator can also be helpful in choosing a sessions weights from RPE 7 and up.
