Hypoglycemia?

I have not been diagnosed by a dr. Honestly because I don’t have the patience(no pun intended) to go see one and wait for results and everything else. I am 36 years old. I have had about 4 bouts of what I feel like is low blood sugar over the course of 2 years. I start to sweat and tremble, and become very hungry and irritable. I usually eat a bunch of fruit or drink juice and within 5
minutes I feel better. I have checked my blood sugar on mornings randomly and seems to be fine. Today was the most recent time it happened. I was up at 5 am and at about 930 am I had oatmeal with protein and a couple of pieces of avocado rolls. About 30 minutes later I had this episode.

one other time is happened was at a very busy day at work I had not eaten all day. And I drank a new quick because I was starving. That I can understand why it might have happened. because of the extreme sugar rush probably. But today was just oatmeal and protein. But I drank it in about 10 seconds.

does this seem like something serious or just a random bad reaction? Thoughts? Thanks a lot

If you have not measured a low blood sugar during one of these episodes, I would not be particularly confident in that explanation for what is going on.

Drinking / eating quickly should also not cause this sort of a response, either.

If you don’t have any interest or patients in pursuing a proper evaluation for this, I’m not sure what to tell you though. Could be something, could be nothing. Need more evidence to point in the right direction.
