I was recently diagnosed with hypothyroidism as well as low-ish testosterone, which would explain my frustratingly slow progress over the years. Despite this I’ve managed to attain “okay-ish” numbers without treatment:
Squat: 440
Bench: 315
Deadlift: 480
Press: 205
My question, which may have been suited more for the training section, is that I’m interested in running The Bridge but due to my work schedule/poor recovery/and having 2 children I can really only train once every 72 hours. Would the Bridge program still work if I’m training using that frequency? For example:
Mon/Thur/Sun/Wed/Sat/ Etc.
P.S. I’ll be starting treatment with synthetic thyroid within the next few weeks.
