After seeing Dr. Nadolsky’s post about frozen veggies and frozen chicken bites it really led me to wonder what people have experimented with to save money and eat well. Living here in California is quite expensive.
Jordan I watched your video on what you eat in a day and it’s relatively simple and probably even cost effective. However I find myself needing variety. What does everyone get as staples in their nutrition that’s cost effective?
Maybe it’s a simple answer but thought I’d ask for more ideas.
