Hi, I’m a low back pain “survivor” since 5 years ago. I have injured my back 4x, recently on my training session when I deadlifted just with a warm-up weight. Can you explain why someone can be as vulnerable as me, is the wrong load management are main the cause or are there any other factors that should I look out for, so I do not injure my back for the 5x :).
