Does intermittent fasting have any health benefits(cellular repair, increase of Human growth hormone, reducing insulin resistance, lowering risk of type 2 diabetes, reducing oxidative stress and inflammation in the body, etc.)

It’s main function is that it reduces calorie intake and that can improve certain things you mentioned here. That said, the compliance rates with IF are overall lower than other types of diets so…
