hate to post a reoccurring topic (if this topic has been discussed before) but I don’t know how to search the forums… what are your thoughts on intermittent fasting? I eat in an 8 or 10 hour window most days with good results. But my LP gains have slowed down and I wonder if my diet could be responsible.
I think that as a tool to improve dietary compliance for calorie restriction that IF might work well for some people, but I don’t think it offers any other advantages and I see no reason to do it if you’re not trying to lose weight. It may or may not be involved in your LP issues right now.
what I’ve read (im a science Parrot at best) it’s suppose to give the digestion system a break and fasting in general can boost testosterone and performance.
It doesn’t do any of that.
