Skipped the snatches because my left shoulder has gulp been getting pissy, and these just felt better

First set just felt unstable and some popping in the shoulder… out of an abundance of caution I backed way off and just used the spinlocks to see if it made a difference… slow focused reps, slight pause at the bottom…

Not super proud of this as I’ve been off the rails eating junk lately, but it’s not as bad as I was expecting stepping on the scale. If I was miraculously cured this morning I could still probably make weight tomorrow lol
