Hello Gang,

First a little background:

I attempted a SSNLP and did ok for a while but a very big life stressor short circuited it and I basically fell off the wagon and stopped training for 8 months. On 2/4/2019 I re-started the LP and ran it until 4/12/2019 and briefly moved to a 4 day split. I recently signed up for group programming with the BBM crew and the first week of programming starts May 5th.
I began using rpe on April 15th. I think it will take some getting used to especially now that I’m not as focused on a target weight like when I was on LP.

My goals are to get below 300 lbs by the end of the year and continue to get stronger for as long as I can.
