A bit more stress this week outside the gym, but proud of the fact of not missing any sessions. \m/
Having a really good time at the gym, I am really, really, really glad I came back to training.

Anyway, seeing abs by the end of the year is a bit unrealistic right now, so I will change my goal to reducing and keeping my waist to under 90cm.

Just checking in to say that I am really enjoying my squat sessions. Even 7s are getting fun, may 10s will one day.
Also started doing some version of the couch to 5k as my gpp.

Apparently not dead yet, after some ups and down life, a bunch of missed sessions. I’m back. Restarted the beginner’s template and found a new gym. It is a CrossFit one, but they are a bunch of nice people and they gave me a corner, rack, barbells and weights. So I am a happy camper. Anyway, brb gotta get back to benching.
