Lack of volume or food?

Hello! I got a quick question about gaining strenght.

Recently I did the Texas method and ended up plateauing on 220 pound bp, 374 squat, 143 press and 440 DL. ( I am about 5 feet and 7 inches, and weigh around 154 pounds)

I changed up my programming a lot, (more volume at a bit less intensity. (At the end of the Texas method every set was about rpe 9-10) But how do I know that i ended up plateauing because of lack in training volume and not lack of eating?? (calories, proteins)

Maybe that is a hard question to answer since you don’t know my diet, but is there any general signs that the amount of food might be the problem?

You don’t know. Could have been either, or a component of both. Those are pretty strong numbers for a 154 lb guy though. At 5’7" you should probably continue to gain weight if you want to get as strong as possible.
