Sorry in advance if this has been asked before or covered on a podcast. I tried searching the forums and podcasts and didn’t find anything.
Is lateral pelvic tilt just a normal asymmetry, or is it something that can be resolved through stretches and exercises or changing which side you sleep on? The right side of my pelvis is raised slightly. Looking back at old photos it has been this way for a long time, possibly forever. I’m not really sure what to make of it and if there’s anything that can actually be done, or if it’s a waste of time to try all the stretches and whatnot you find online when googling it.
