Less deadlift volume in General Strength and Conditioning?

Dear BBM Team,

I can’t seem to find where my secondary pulls went after selecting them in the exercise selection.
All I can find are the Primary Pull and the Tertiary Pulls that I chose in the Exercise Selection Tab. I looked over the PDF instruction.
Could it be that there are no slots for secondary pulls in the General Strength and Conditioning Template?
If so, may I ask what the rationale was for eliminating the slot for secondary pulls in favor of more pressing movements in the General Strength and Conditioning Template?
If that is the case, I am really going to miss performing the 2ct paused deadlifts and the 2" Deficit DLs :frowning:

There are no slots for the 2* pull in the general S/C template. This is not a powerlifting template, but rather a template designed with more conditioning, hypertrophy work, exercise and rep scheme variation, etc. than one of our strength templates.

I think you’ll only miss the secondary pulls if you’re going to a powerlifting meet. :wink:
