LF Hypertrophy

Hi, very intrigued by the new LF strength template and was wondering if the same general concepts, ie. low rpe, repeated intensity with decreasing reps, and less fatigue, could potentially be applied to a hypertrophy block as well just with higher rep ranges and more variation? Assuming that the LF strength template was affective for the individual.

I think some of these concepts are applicable, e.g. selecting lower fatigue movements in order to do more volume. That said, I think most hypertrophy-focused work should be taken closer to failure, though higher rep ranges and “more” variation aren’t really necessary. I discuss this in detail within the programming text included with the template.
