In a bit of a departure from the barbell focus we all come here for, I’m hoping for your advice on light therapy. I work in a basement and don’t get outside much, and with winter coming, I’ll definitely be walking inside of a concrete box before the sun comes up and leaving after it’s dark. I can’t help but think that’s not optimal. So, if you were in a position where you didn’t get natural light, would you get a ~10k Lumen light? If not, would you do anything to mitigate it?
