Back concern

Hello doctors, for the past two weeks I have been waking up in the middle of the night with back pain that lasts until I move around for a bit (maybe an hour). The odd part is that it disappears for the entire day until the middle of the next night. I did not injure myself in any and this just sort of appeared.
I’m familiar with a lot of your advice/material on pain and training. Based on this I would normally chalk it up to non specific back pain and the plan would be carry on and alter training etc. However, the odd “cyclical” nature of this pain paired with the fact that I’ve been dealing with some mild shoulder tendinitis (self diagnosed) and plantar fasciitis (also self diagnosed) before that has me a little concerned that thus is a inflammatory thing.
Should I be concerned and make a doctors appointment or is this something I should give more time and see if things take a natural course of healing? I realize you can’t diagnose me over a computer with thus bit of info, but I was just curious if you had any thoughts on what I’ve relayed. I’m male, 37 yrs old and in otherwise good health. Thanks on advance for any advice.

You are correct about our limitations here.

If you are concerned, I think it is reasonable to see your doctor in this case.
