Hey guys, its me again. For some reason it didnt let me edit the other post but i was going to add that i have found higher intensities (such as within pb1 and strength 1) have worked verh well for my squat and deadlift but not so well for my bench. That is why i would like to use the Low ISF template. Would there be any way of combining the lower intensities for bench and higher intensities for squat and deadlift?
Hey Josh,
Yes, you could do this, but I have concerns about mix and matching various templates together. They’re greater than the sum of their parts with respect to fatigue and training stress management. I’d really encourage you to run it as written (or thereabouts) before modifying things.
