Hey guys, i was a big fan of pb3 however id like to switch to 3 days per week. I have the low fatigue templates and really like the look of the low isf 3 day template. Im not really fussed about lower fatigue, i just think i might respond better to lower intensities, particularly on bench and it could be a small break from high intensity work.
Could i use the same higher volume gpp that was in pb3 in this program (4-5 sets of biceps and triceps 2x a week and 3-5 sets of back 2x a week)?
Also, as i will be doing these for gpp, could i remove the tricep and back accessory slots for other accessories, as well as increasing the hamstring accessory work to rpe 8-9, similar to pb3.
If so, i was thinking a press accessory as well as a trap/rear delt accessory for 3 sets rpe 8-9.
