Hey guys first, thank you to anyone who is capable of helping with this very difficult situation I find myself in.
My wife and I have been attempting to have a child for 18 months or so now, this has led us to an infertility journey with a reproductive endocrinologist. Long story short, our situation is male factor and at the moment we are pursing the options of IVF as recommended by our Dr with the situation we are in.
While getting the blood work done to make sure I didn’t have any other health impairments such as HIV and so on, it came back that my testosterone is on the low side of average. I had a rating of 259 while the range is between 250-1100.
This all being said, I have no symptoms of low T, I train in the gym 4-5 times a week, lift pretty big ( mid 4 squat, low 5 deadlift under 3 bench) and have no declined libido or anything like that.
My question is, with this information is there anything I should be doing to make sure I do not dip into Low T so that I do not have symptoms later in life? This information to me has been jarring/rattling honestly, but since I feel healthy, am strong, and living a perfectly fine life, I am trying to not let it get in my head.
Thanks everyone.
