Lower abdomen pain

Hello, I need help. I feel pain in lower left side of abdomen for about 2years now. I tried to stop lifting but nothing changes. The pain is sharp and it suddenly come and go, for some periods I dont feel the pain and for some Its worsening. I feel the pain when i wake up, when I press the area and when I am stretching. When I am stretching the pain also goes to the left testicle. I dont see any bulb so I dont think it is hernia. Pls help me if u know something about this and how can I fix it. Also I am not some heavy lifter with inormous weight. Sorry, my English is bad but I think u will understand what I asked. TY!

Sorry, this is not something that can be diagnosed over the internet.

Sounds similar to a hernia that I had. Get it taken care of Sooner rather than later. The longer you wait the worse the surgery is.

  1. We don’t have nearly enough information to diagnose this as a hernia.

  2. The rest of your comment is not true, either.

  1. I apologize if overstepping but it does sound exactly like the experience I had. I am certainly not qualified to diagnose anything but do feel that my personnel experience does have value. Specially, if it helps get him in to get evaluated.

  2. After trying to fight through the pain and tough it out for over two years I had to have a rather invasive surgery. The surgeon at the time told me that the surgery was much more complicated and my recovery was more prolonged because I waited so long.

Just sharing my personnel, if anecdotal, experience.
