Week four of the bridge starts next week. During week one on the conditioning day I did hanging leg raises, hanging L sits, and some other stuff for the 7 mins of abs. I felt really sore the next day and when I did leg raises the next week the lower left part of my abs hurt still but I worked past it and felt fine. The very next day I pulled 315 3x5@ rpe 8 no pain. I have also been in the gym all this week, no pain except today conditioning again I was doing pull ups and it felt a bit irritated, when I tried to do leg raises I had a sharp pain in that same spot. Nothing to bad but enough for me to not want to do and today. I know I had two hernias as a kid, I’m not sure if that is what this is, but I’m going on 3 weeks of and just can’t shake this. Should I be concerened or go get checked out for a hernia? I feel like if I had one it would hurt in the main lifts not just during direct ab work.

We can’t tell you from here. If there’s an obvious new bulge, it could be a hernia. If not, and you’re still concerned, you’ll need to get examined.
