I recently started doing L-sit chinups. When I do them, I get a sharp pain in a small region about 2" down and to the left of my belly button.
Is this something I should worry about or should I just push through?

If you are only experiencing this symptom during that particular movement / position, it does not sound like something that would be concerning.
It seemed odd to me because the pain is concentrated in such a small area. I would have thought that if there would be pain from an intense ab exercise it would be in a much larger area, so am happy to hear it doesn’t sound concerning.
I also feel it in leg raises, but that’s essentially the same movement.
