Hi, what do you think is the right thing to do when the lower back (SI Joint) hurts not during the workouts but the day after and up until the next workout its still hurts when sitting/driving/some movements but not during heavy lifting itself. Should i continue as normal or do adjust some variable?
The pain is 6/10.

Even when i didnt lift there was tightness in this area.
Have you seen Austin’s video on managing pain? https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mdwj5ORPmX0 You can experiment with adjusting the load, ROM, and exercise selection until you find a lift that works.
Unless the “tightness” is limiting your daily activities in some way it is likely not a cause for concern.
