Hey Dr. Feigenbaum.
I went a little crazy with GOMAD during LP. Took an injury midway through but mistakenly kept eating high calories during recovery and got… big. I’m 5ft9 and gone from about 74kg at start of LP to about 87kg now.
Restarted LP quite recently and now back to my previous levels of lifting with plenty of room to continue beginner gains. My only gripe is that I have a lot more body fat now. What would you say is the best protocol in this situation? Should I work on cutting now or do this after I’ve finished up in beginner land?
