Lp parameters, possibly move on?

Hey Barbell medicine crew, long story short I never finished my LP due to life circumstances. I’m at a place where I can finally re do and really focus on completing my LP. I only made it through 5 weeks on the first bought.

The only problem I am facing is I do not know if I need to loose or gain wait while on it or some combination of both. I am 22 year old female, currently weigh 115lbs, 4’11 and about 22-24 %BF. I really don’t want to get back to my heaviest weight prior to training (125-30)and I’m really not trying to go into power lifting after the LP, just general strength and physique goals.

How would you guys suggest I approach the weight gain and or loss while I run my LP or should I do something else with my goals?

For reference my heaviest singles are all at a body weight of 105lbs SQ:205 DL: 240 B: 75 OHP: 65
Thanks for any input!

I see no reason to do LP or ever finish/maximize/optimize, etc. a novice program. It’s just a stepping stone and based on your stated goals, I’m not sure if it’s the best choice or even a better choice over any other training program that offers an opportunity for progressive overload with barbells.

I’m not sure if you need to gain weight period, but in order to have a successful LP you certainly don’t.
