Hi, Working nights at a warehouse and life in general are causing me to sleep only 4-5 hours pretty regularly, do you have any general guidance for training twice a week? I am 25 years old, Male, 6 ft 4 235 pounds, sq 300x3x5, dl 385x1x5, bp 200x3x5 press 155x3x5. I Have been stalling and regressing slighly on the lifts as of late, I was thinking of restarting the LP with a bit more volume on the lifts, wpuld this be a Good Idea?
