LP two days a week?

Hi, Working nights at a warehouse and life in general are causing me to sleep only 4-5 hours pretty regularly, do you have any general guidance for training twice a week? I am 25 years old, Male, 6 ft 4 235 pounds, sq 300x3x5, dl 385x1x5, bp 200x3x5 press 155x3x5. I Have been stalling and regressing slighly on the lifts as of late, I was thinking of restarting the LP with a bit more volume on the lifts, wpuld this be a Good Idea?

You are young, healthy, and it sounds like you have recovery issues that are somewhat outside your control.

It is not surprising that you are stalling/regressing on a 2 day per week LP. Yes, we would suggest increasing the stress - ideally with a plan to increase frequency to 3 days per week if you can. There are a number of ways you could do this, of course, but increasing your training volume will be key.
