Maintenance macro question

Hi guys,

Since protein recommendation became 1.6 ~ 3.2 per kg, I thought To Be A Beast column got a bit old.

So I thought approximately 1.8 per kg would be enough? But I don’t have any clue how much fat I should take.

Can you suggest carb, protein, fat intake for maintenance?

I weigh 75kg and I’m in Strengthlifting II week 5.

I have no issues with the TBAB article’s recommendations, as they still fit within our current protein rec’s.

We would recommend using this to find your projected maintenance energy intake, then divvying up your macros as you see fit.
