Can anyone help. 37yr old, male, 5’ 10" 198lb, 25%ish bodyfat, 41" waist at naval. So, i’m going to take on a recomp and go with TBAB recomendations. My question is would i mulitiply 13cals by my current weight or my esitimated LBM?
A more recent recommendation by BBM would be 1g/lb bodyweight for P and C, and 1/3g/lb bodyweight for F.
So…
198g Protein
198g Carbs
65g Fat
792 + 792 + 585 = ~2,169 kcal
This may be a good starting point, but depending on your goals and current situation you may need to adjust Carbs and Fat up or down almost immediately.

I agree with fevzay. Though I have seen Jordan state that using your body weight is fine unless you are super overweight.
Thanks. I’ll start here and see how it goes.
